Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order ship?
You’ll receive a tracking email automatically when your shipping label is printed.

Why haven’t I received tracking yet?
Tracking is only sent once your order ships. If you haven’t received a tracking email yet, your order is still being processed.

Who do you use for shipping?
UPS is the only carrier we currently use for all shipments.

I emailed, why haven’t I heard back?
Our response time is currently delayed due to heavy seasonal volume. Email is the best way to reach us, and we’ll reply as soon as we can.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes to an order are not accepted at this time. Email us before you order to confirm fitment. We’ll do our best to respond as quickly as we can.

How do I get my 50% off replacement for a bent/smashed product?
You can receive a 50% off replacement by submitting a claim through our Backwoods Protection Plan Form using the link below.

How do I return a product?
If you need to return an item, please submit a request using the link below.
We accept returns for orders up to 90 days old.

Are items in stock?
If a product is listed on the website, it is generally in stock or available unless it’s marked as a pre-order item.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order ships together once the final item is produced.

Where are you located?
We are based in Scarborough, Maine (U.S.) and ship throughout the U.S. and beyond.

Am I responsible for duties?

Yes, all customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Is your website in U.S. dollars?
Yes, all of our prices on our website are listed in U.S. dollars

What’s the difference between an SP and an NSP front bumper?

An SP front bumper is designed for a full body and deep-snow skid plate.

An NSP front bumper is for a sled without a skid plate or for those using an extreme skid plate, but this skid plate will need to be trimmed for proper fitment. If you need it, we can send you an image showing exactly where to trim.

Do rear bumpers come with a grab bar and hardware kit?
Yes, all rear bumpers come with a grab bar and a complete hardware kit.

What color are the grab bars?
All grab bars come in a textured black powder-coat finish.

Can I order custom colors?
No, we do not offer custom colors at this time.

Do you offer a military or first responder discount?
