Hardware included in kit.
-30 Black rivets
-2 Long SS rivets (for grab bar one per side)
-4 1/4" BOLTS AND NUTS. (For Grab Bar Mounting)
-10 M6 X 1.00 Nuts (Use with Factory bumper bolts)
-START INSTALL BY REMOVING Factory Bumper. (save all bolts)
-INSTALL LEFT AND RIGHT SIDE PLATES WITH (2) Factory BOLTS PER SIDE Using M6 X 1.00 nuts. ( LEAVE LOOSE )
-INSTALL GRAB BAR LINING UP 1/4" HOLES.
-INSERT 1/4" BOLTS 2 PER SIDE ( LEAVE LOOSE )
-ALIGN GRAB BAR RIVET HOLES (one per side) You will have to drill a 3/16" hole in tunnel for this rivet.
-INSERT SS RIVET IN RIVET HOLE FOR GRAB BAR.
-ENSURE THAT BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT SIDE PLATES ARE SEATED FLAT BEFORE TIGHTING ALL BOLTS.
-ONCE ALL BOLTS ARE TIGHT POP BOTH GRAB BAR RIVETS.
-USING A 3/16 DRILL BIT, DRILL THE REMAINING 3/16" HOLES OUT. ALL 3/16" HOLES GET DRILLED FOR BLACK RIVETS.
-USING BLACK RIVETS BEGIN TO SECURE THE SIDE PLATES TO SNOWMOBILE.
-STARTING AT YOUR TAILIGHT, WORK FORWARD TO COMPLETE THE INSTALL.
-ALL GEN 4 REARS FIT A VARIETY OF DIFFRENT STYLE TUNNELS IN THAT LENGHT. SOME HOLES MAY NOT APPLY TO YOUR

-137 28 Black rivets
-146 34 Black Rivets
-154 40 Black Rivets
-4 Long SS rivets (for grab bar one per side)
-4 1/4" BOLTS AND NUTS. (For Grab Bar Mounting)
-137 and 146 6 M6 X 1.00 Nuts (Use with Factory bumper bolts)
-154 10 M6 x 1.00 Nuts (Use with Factory bumper bolts)
-START BY REMOVING FACTORY BUMPER, KEEP FACTOY BOLTS.
-Mount side plates with factory bumper bolts and supplied M6x1.00 nuts.
-Mount grab bar with supplied 1/4x20 bolts and nuts and 2 SS rivet per side.
-Drill and rivet the the remainder of holes in the side plates with black 3/16 rivets.
